

Rudrabha Mukherjee is an independent researcher and educationist, born in Delhi and based there. As an ordinary citizen, he engages in research, documentation, and public-interest work focused on public systems, information practices, and citizen accountability. His work is grounded in publicly available records, lawful transparency mechanisms, and constitutional processes. In the course of this work, he has raised matters of public interest with authorities through formal and lawful means and has stepped forward as a citizen whistleblower. Related submissions, statements, and records have been placed in the public domain through official correspondence and public notices. Alongside this, he has training in Hindustani classical vocal music. He has professional experience in search engine optimisation (SEO) and digital strategy, and uses statutory transparency mechanisms, including the Right to Information (RTI) framework, strictly in a citizen capacity. His interests include applied research, data-driven analysis, and applied technology domains, including machine learning (ML) and mixed reality (MR).
